Connect objects transforming them into intelligent tools, able to learn, communicate and predict behaviors. This approach allows to receive information from the machines while they are active in their normal operation.


The machines, while working, transmit information that allows monitoring their operation. What makes the technology 4.0 innovative is the possibility of having this data, just as if the machines spoke to us, communicating the trends and advising us of any critical issues. This is where our experience in developing UX / UI in simple user-friendly apps comes into play.


Giving voice to production objects means receiving heterogeneous information whose coding and analysis is a path to be built over time. First, we store information by making it available to calculation structures, predictive algorithms and progress dashboards. Through Cloud solutions, data are stored in secure mode, also guaranteed by support for leading services such as AWS, MS Azure etc.


The data, once collected, can be read and used via web services at any time and for any use. We create mobile app and web front-end, to allow an optimal display of the collected data and access the necessary information.


Getting the machines to speak means having a quantity of data never seen before. Having data available is the first step, but our work doesn’t stop there. The analysis of the results is the focal point of the activity that allows concretely to act in the improvement of the entire production process: monitor yield and costs, limit / plan downtime, avoid waste, planning maintenance, predict breakage, optimize resources. To get these results we analyze the data by creating dynamic dashboards with Variable KPIs, recording recurring queries and relying on advanced third-party tools such as Jasper and Google Analytics.


Having connected machines, live, in Cloud, does not just mean collecting data and being able to use them. Having this technology is also a way to talk in a bidirectional way with the machines. Managing remote operations means: setting parameters, checking logs, providing timely corrective actions, activating FW / SW updates.
