The experience gained in this sector has allowed the creation of a platform to develop all the needs in the field of Global Service: from maintenance to asset management, from ODL management to human resource planning and much more.
Result
The Global Service Moko platform includes 2 main sections:
- the public part where all the information relating to the current contract and the operational possibilities such as request / display of intervention, statistics on performance, estimates, etc. are exposed to customers
- the private part where all the features of the Global are managed such as the maintenance personnel data, the management of scheduled maintenance, the sorting of work orders, etc.
The software is offered on a web basis, therefore it can be viewed from any standard web browser, desktop or mobile.
