Digital Plant: IoT and 4.0 connections

The numerous experiences gained in the field by Moko in the field of IoT, Industrial IoT, 4.0 technology and the specialization of 4NXT in the definition and production of 4.0 mechatronic systems, have led to the creation of a new business unit.

Digital Plant is the name we chose to define this innovative working group, made up of engineers, analysts, developers with experience in industrial business applications and apps, dialogue with sensors and electronic control units.

The objective is that of providing simple tools capable of integrating current technologies with machines, making them intelligent in a product development process, from the idea to production, in constant collaboration with the customer.

For us, IoT technology goes beyond of simple programming, but it is a path that begins by transforming objects into intelligent tools, so to be able to receive information from them and therefore be able to collect it in usable calculation structures.

The data, once collected, can be read and used via mobile app and web front-end, to allow optimal visualization of the collected data and access the necessary information to then analyze the results.

One of the most important aspects interesting things related to this type of implementations is the Cloud, the technology that allows machinery to communicate in bidirectional, but also to manage operations remotely.
