I/O 2017, Google's conference dedicated to the developers of its ecosystem, is one of the greatest moments important to discover the latest news of research. 

The conference is was the opportunity to announce Daydream 2.0, the evolution of the Google platform for reality virtual. This important update comes just one year after the launch of the platform.

The main news is is which now also works within standalone VR viewers, i.e. which do not depend on smartphones as, instead, happens with Samsung's Gear VR viewers. Furthermore, Daydream 2.0 is based on Android O, the next evolutionary step of Android. Among the new features: the possibility to take screenshots, project images on your TV via Chromecast and view YouTube videos in VR with other users.

You won't miss it. also a Chrome browser optimized for the platform to be able to surf the internet through the viewer.

The viewers will also have sensors and cameras to track the user's position in space. A technology that Google has called WordSense and which therefore will not require of external sensors.
