Certified Email

Legislative decree no. 185 of 29 November 2008, published in the Official Journal no. 280 of 29 November 2008, S.O. n. 263 converted into law no. 2/2009, provides that companies established in corporate form are required to indicate their certified email address in the application for registration in the business register.

Companies already established in corporate form on the same date of entry into force of the aforementioned decree are obliged to communicate their certified email address to the business register within three years (29/11/2011) from the date of entry into force of the aforementioned decree.
