Corporate Intranet Analysis
Challenge
To provide JMG Cranes S.p.A., a leading company in the design and manufacture of battery-powered electric self-propelled cranes, with an in-depth analysis aimed at studying the development of a new intranet environment intended to host services of various kinds, dedicated both to company employees and external users.
Solution
Production of a Blueprint document with the aim of describing the process of creating the required system in order to have a clear vision of what are the requirements, the development phases based on priorities and the necessary budget.
Result
JMG now has a fully owned document at its disposal which defines all the project development steps, specifying which resources are needed, the objectives and the expected results. The Blueprint document can be used both as a basis for drawing up a company business plan and as a useful document for probing other possible offers on the market.
