The customer's challenge
Bontal, leader in the fast-food restaurant sector through the distribution of high-quality products and the development of own-brand products, turned to Moko for the creation of its new portal to support sales, communication and marketing activities, aimed at promoting the company's potential.
The custom solution
Creation of an e-shop portal which, depending on the type of user (customer/Bontal) with different levels of permissions, allows to:
- place orders with dedicated discounts and promos
- have access to logistic and administrative information of each order
- view order history
- download all product information (data sheet, recipes and preparation suggestions)
- manage online courses on products
The results obtained
With the new portal, the users can reach Bontal from both desktop and mobile, thus managing to enjoy a superlative experience in the universe and in the use of the products and services offered.
