The application manages the quality control tests carried out during production.
The operator carries out the designated measurements at predetermined intervals and the tool passes the data to the software.
The data is processed, graphed and shown on the screen to show the progress of production.
The processing takes into account control and sales limits as well as validation algorithms.
Solution
It is also possible to manage the quality control department allowing operators to record the tests carried out on the samples in question.
The operator finds the list of tests to be carried out and enters the results in the system: the data passes through the "validation" procedure until the sample is accepted or not.
Result
The application interact with management system (AS 400 - SAP - etc.) exchanging information in real time for the management of tests.
