This web app allows the custumer to request maintenance services, the operator will get the information needed for providing the service and will be able to close intervention with reports and digital signatures, so Faac will be able to keep track and balance the costs.

Through the BPM analysis, the solution guarantees maximum efficiency in terms of response times and quality of the work performed and the material used.
