The new Google search.
"At Google, we’re always dreaming up new ways to help you uncover the information you’re looking for — no matter how tricky it might be to express what you need. That’s why today, we’re introducing an entirely new way to search: using text and images at the same time."
With these words Belinda Zeng, Product Manager at Google, introduces Multisearch, a new way of doing research, using artificial intelligence to help users find what they are looking for in a more intuitive way, using text and images simultaneously.
To do this visual + copy search, simply open the latest iOS and Android versions of the app, tap the camera icon and take a photo or choose one from your device's gallery. To complete the search and use this new feature, click on the "Add to your search" button to enter text.
For now, this new feature is in beta mode, in the testing phase, only in the United States, but will soon arrive in other countries.
