Challenge
The goal of the app is to supply a single file sharing service dedicated to company users.
It allows uploads and downloads (plus respective notifications) through web interface, just for authorise users.
Solution
Users, based on the assigned operating permissions, can upload files which are transferred from the local computer to the online server. When users upload files the progress and possible mistakes are reported. The uploaded files are visible only by the users selected during the upload phase through the ordered list.
The download takes place via direct link to the searched resource. Upload and download operations are automatically notified via email to the users involved. The email indicates the sender of the file entry and the direct download link.
Each action is recorded and logged.
